On the weekend of 4th and 5th July 2009, Soul Factor Gospel Choir journeyed down to Mount Gambier at the invitation of the Mount Gambier Salvation Army.

We were lucky to have the opportunity to take the gospel to the streets by singing in the local shopping mall to a busy Saturday lunch time crowd. 

On the Saturday evening a cabaret night was held in the church hall, where Soul Factor entertained the audience in between courses of great food and fellowship. On Sunday morning Soul Factor also performed throughout the church service, helping to enhance the message through song.

It was a great weekend, with plenty of opportunities to make new friends, catch up with past acquaintances, but most of all to share with the people of Mount Gambier the love of God through the powerful message of our songs.

We would like to share our deepest thanks to all the people of Mount Gambier Salvation Army for their warmth and hospitality.
